Guarantee

The meat supplied by The Butts Farm Shop is, in accordance with HACCP regulations, fully traceable. If not from our farm, all meat will have come from farms that raise Rare Breed Survival stock. We are confident that nothing should go wrong and you should have a successful shopping experience with us. However, if you are not completely satisfied please contact us immediately and we will do everything possible to put things right. Of course, this does not affect any of your legal or statutory rights.

Delivery

PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE THE COST OF DELIVERY. We use Parcelforce Express AM delivery services to ensure that your order reaches you in peak condition. All our meat is delivered FRESH in vacuum packs in chilled containers to your door by an overnight courier. All meats must be refrigerated on delivery and items that will not be used within 48 hours should be frozen on arrival. Discrepancies must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. We will phone or e-mail you with a delivery date; all prices include a.m. delivery to your door (excluding Northern Scotland and Offshore Isles). Allow 10 to 14 days from receipt of order. You will be advised of any delay in the order being dispatched. We will always acknowledge receipt of your order. If this does not happen please call to ensure that we received your order. In the unlikely event of your product being lost or damaged in transit, please contact us. In the case of damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

The amount due may have to be altered as the weight or quantity ordered may be slightly under/over that which you requested (prices may vary depending on the season and availability).

Occasionally we may need to offer a substitute product. In this case YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY A MEMBER OF STAFF to discuss the issue.
